Starting Position

  • stand in front of your chosen tool
  • place one foot on the tool, the other one is on the ground
  • upright posture

Correct Execution

  • brace the abs
  • push both feet off
  • switch positions of the feet while you are in the air and put the opposite foot on the tool
  • softly land on the ground with the other foot
  • your arms swing at the sides of your body and support the motion
  • do not pause between the switches
  • do this fast for a longer period of time

tips for the workout

  • the higher your tool (maximum knee height), the more difficult and intensive the exercise
  • use weight cuffs for more resistance or dumbbells to require the core more
