General And Specifics
- this is an ideal exercise for joggers and soccer players
- additionally, calories are burned, the cardiovascular system is activated and the psoas major muscle is trained
Starting Position
- stand in front of your chosen tool
- place one foot on the tool, the other one is on the ground
- upright posture
Correct Execution
- brace the abs
- push both feet off
- switch positions of the feet while you are in the air and put the opposite foot on the tool
- softly land on the ground with the other foot
- your arms swing at the sides of your body and support the motion
- do not pause between the switches
- do this fast for a longer period of time
tips for the workout
- the higher your tool (maximum knee height), the more difficult and intensive the exercise
- use weight cuffs for more resistance or dumbbells to require the core more
