General And Specifics
- this fitness exercise works the best on a smooth floor
- it also works a bit less on the floor with paper plates below the feet
Starting Position
- put two folded towels or washclothes on the smooth ground
- lay your back on the ground and place the heels on the towels, the legs are bent
- rest the arms next to your body
Correct Execution
- lift the hip as in the Glute Bridge and slide forwards with both feet or just one foot
- shoulders and head remain on the ground
- upper body and thighs always build a line as possible
- keep the body tension and pull the heels(s) back to your bottom again
- repeat this several times
