General And Specifics
- you will need a glossy ground and a bit of space to slide
Starting Position
- go over to the push-up position
- the arms are almost completely stretched, the hand right below the shoulders
- bring both feet onto a towel
- brace core and glutes
- your back is straight and in a line with the legs
Correct Execution
- walk forward with your arms
- let the feet slide with the motion
- walk a longer distance speedy
- afterwards, turn and do the same
- always keep the back straight
tip for the workout
- if this is too easy for you, use a filled backpack
- then you have to move more weight, this is an extra challenge for your core
