General and Specifics
- the lat exercise additionally improves your grip strength
Starting Position
- sit opposite to your partner
- your soles are touching
- each of you is holding one end of the towel
- hold the backs straight and the arms bent, now there should be some tension on the towel
Correct Execution
- now one of you bends the arms more and pulls the towel against the resistance of partner to the lower chest area (end of sternum)
- the rowing one does not swing with the upper body, only the arms move
- afterwards, the motion is inverted and the other one is rowing
- make slow movements
- hold up the heads and the backs straight
- do several reps
