Starting Position
- put a barbell or broomstick on your upper back
- adhere the tool at its ends
- the legs are shoulder width opened
- bend the upper body forward until it is about parallel to the ground
- the legs are slightly bent and the back straight
- look to the ground
Correct Execution
- turn the upper body to one side, do not let the tool touch the ground
- if you are able to turn the upper body a bit more, lift the upper body a bit to increase the range of motion
- turn the upper body to the other side
- the lower body does not move
- repeat this movement often
