General And Specifics
- the rotation movement strengthens the muscles along your spine
Starting Position
- one of you grasps a (medicine) ball or something similar with both hands
- stand back to back with a small space in between
- your backs are straight during the exercise
- the legs are slightly bent, the feet hip width apart
Correct Execution
- turn to one side from hip up and pass the ball in waist height
- now turn to the opposite side
- pass the ball again
- choose a higher speed, it makes the endurance training more effective
- do this for a while

- the exercise can also be done in a sitting position
