General And Specifics

Starting Position

  • one of you grasps a (medicine) ball or something similar with both hands
  • stand back to back with a small space in between
  • your backs are straight during the exercise
  • the legs are slightly bent, the feet hip width apart

Correct Execution

  • turn to one side from hip up and pass the ball in waist height
  • now turn to the opposite side
  • pass the ball again
  • choose a higher speed, it makes the endurance training more effective
  • do this for a while

tips for the workout

  • the exercise can also be done in a sitting position
  • it becomes harder, if you leave a little space between your backs
  • if you want to impede it more, go into the Squats with a partner
