General And Specifics
- with this exercise you can upgrade your stability and balance
Starting Position
- grasp a dumbbell or kettlebell with a hand
- the legs are hip width open
- stand up straight and look ahead
- let the arms hang down
- lift the heels and keep the balance
Correct Execution
- make a bigger step forward, only the tiptoes touch the ground
- angle the leading leg to 90 degrees
- the leading thigh is parallel to the ground
- you arms can help keeping the balance
- the back foot also remains on tiptoes
- do not move the tiptoes or knees outwards
- hold the upper body straight
- push the body back up into the starting position and repeat with the other side
