Starting Position
- lay your back onto a fitness mat or the ground
- the head is lying on it, too
- stretch out the arms sideways and lay them down, they will give u stability
- bend the legs up to 90 degrees and let them hover across the ground
Correct Execution
- turn the lower body to the side as much as you can by rotating the hip around the body axis
- keep the knees bent and the upper back remains on the floor
- do not rest the legs on the ground, go on to the other side right away
- repeat the ab exercise several times
tip for the workout
- the exercise becomes more difficult, if you stretch out the legs a bit more
