General And Specifics
- train your biceps without equipment with this easy exercise
- use the resistance of your legs as an individual workout weight
Starting Position
- sit down on the floor, your arms support your position
- the legs are bent and stilted a little
- the soles touch the ground
- the hand of your bent arm encompasses the hollow of the knee of the opposite leg (e.g. the left hand the right thigh)
- turn in your upper body a little
- lean the triceps of the bent arm against the thigh on the same side
- the other arm still supports your position
Correct Execution
- stretch the leg slowly against the resistance of your arm
- your arm is stretched as well
- invert the movement and bend the arm against the resistance of your leg
- the thigh moves back towards the chest
- do several reps on one side
- afterwards, switch sides and train the other arm with the same intensity
