Starting Position

  • grasp two dumbbells or use one and exercise alternatingly
  • put the upper arms next to the body
  • angle the arms to 90 degrees
  • the palms of the hands point up

Correct Execution

  • turm the hands inwards, so that the palms point down
  • the motion only takes place in the forearms
  • afterwards, turn the hands back and outwards
  • do several reps for an effective forearm workout
