General And Specifics
- the biceps will be trained isometrically, too
Starting Position
- grasp two dumbbells or use one and exercise alternatingly
- put the upper arms next to the body
- angle the arms to 90 degrees
- the palms of the hands point up
Correct Execution
- turm the hands inwards, so that the palms point down
- the motion only takes place in the forearms
- afterwards, turn the hands back and outwards
- do several reps for an effective forearm workout
