Starting Position
- lay down your back on a fitness mat or the ground
- the arms are next to the body
- alternatively you can put the arms under the neck
- the legs are slightly bent
- the heels are placed hip width apart on the ground
Correct Execution
- lift your feet off the ground
- at the same time, bend the legs into 90 degrees and move the thighs in direction to the abs
- do not do this with momentum
- let the legs come back into the starting position slowly without the feet touching the ground
- repeat right away
