Starting Position

  • grasp a towel, hold it in the middle with bent arms
  • now lift the arms up above your head, the forearms are parallel to the ground
  • the other end of the towel is held by your partner
  • your hands are directly behind your head
  • the elbows point to the ceiling

  • hold the upper body upright
