General And Specifics
- beginners start with less weight, because this exercise requires the triceps alone
- if you got used to the triceps exercise, you can increase the weight
Starting Position
- pick up a n ez bar or barbell with over hand grip
- lay down onto a weight bench or the ground evenly
- the head also rests on the weight bench (ground)
- hold the tool vertical across your shoulders, your arms are stretched
