Starting Position

  • take a shorter towel
  • hold it at its ends with tight grip
  • stretch the arms and hold them in shoulder-height in front of you
  • the palms point down

  • hold one arm stretched out, while you bend the other one and pull it back
  • try to bring the bent elbow next to your torso
  • hold the tension for about 10-15 seconds
