General And Specifics
- the bicep workout with an ez bar does not strain the wrists as much as the barbell variation
Starting Position
- pick up an ez bar shoulder width with under hand grip
- the backs of the hands point to the thighs
- fixate the upper arms to the torso
- the feet are shoulder width apart
- the head is the extension of the spine
- bend the elbow joints a little
Correct Execution
- guide the ez bar upwards as high as you can by bending your elbow joints
- do not swing, do not gain momentum
- always hold the elbows close to the body
- the upper arms remain fixated to the torso all the time
- let the weight sink down again slowly
- do not forget to keep your elbows bent a little to keep the strain for the joints low
- repeat the exercise several times
