Starting Position
- lay a longer towel around your neck
- each of your hands grabs one end
- the palms point to each other
- the back is upright
- for a stable stand, the legs are shoulder width open
Correct Execution
- pull the ends towards the floor while your neck stays up
- the motion comes from the arms
- your upper arms do not move after you started the contraction
- hold the tension for about 20 seconds
- repeat the pulling several times
