Starting Position

  • begin on all fours
  • the feet are hip width apart
  • the arms are stretched and the hands a bit in front of your shoulder
  • the knees are right below the hips
  • fingers point forward

Correct Execution

  • stretch the knees and raise the butt
  • your body forms an inverted V
  • push the chest towards the ground as much as possible
  • pull together the shoulder blades
  • your head is in extension to the spine and between your arms
  • look to the toes and hold this position for at least five breaths
