Starting Position

  • hold a towel at one end
  • bend the arm and bring the towel behind your back
  • keep the elbow close to the head during the stretching
  • grasp the other end with the other hand

Correct Execution

  • pull the towel towards the floor with the lower hand
  • this stretches especially the triceps
  • hold this for 10-15 seconds
  • switch sides and repeat
  • repeat several times
