Starting Position
- hold a towel at one end
- bend the arm and bring the towel behind your back
- keep the elbow close to the head during the stretching
- grasp the other end with the other hand
Correct Execution
- pull the towel towards the floor with the lower hand
- this stretches especially the triceps
- hold this for 10-15 seconds
- switch sides and repeat
- repeat several times
