Starting Position
- the legs are hip width open
- your knees are slightly bent
- hold the back straight while you bring the hands together behind your bottom
- head up and in extension to the spine
Correct Execution
- stretch out the arms almost completely and guide the hands up as high as possible
- the arms move away from the body
- do not tilt the upper body forward
- hold the position for 15-20 seconds
