Starting Position

  • the feet are placed hip width apart on the ground
  • stand up with straight back
  • guide one hand to the back in the area between the shoulder blades
  • your elbow points to the ceiling

Correct Execution

  • grasp the elbow with the other hand
  • pull it in direction to the head
  • do not tilt the head forward, always hold it in extension to the spine
  • hold this for about 20 seconds
  • go on to the other side
