Starting Position
- grasp a broomstick
- put one foot ahead a little
- the feet are parallel
- if the left foot is ahead, put the left palm of the hand at the end of the broomstick
- the other hand encompasses the other end of the stick with over hand grip
- keep the upper body straight
- brace the glutes to stand stable
- guide the right hand to the opposite hip
- the other arm is stretched out back
Correct Execution
- push the left hand up diagonally until you can feel the stretching
- the right arm is angled in front of your body
- hold the tension for 15 seconds and switch sides
