Starting Position
- sit down on a fitness mat or the floor
- stretch out the legs in front of your body
- hold the back straight and support yourself with the hands behind the bottom
Correct Execution
- tilt the upper body forward, until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings
- if there is not enough tension, you can push yourself forward with the hands
- hold the stretching for 15 seconds
