Starting Position

  • sit down on a fitness mat or the floor
  • stretch out the legs in front of your body
  • hold the back straight and support yourself with the hands behind the bottom

Correct Execution

  • tilt the upper body forward, until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings
  • if there is not enough tension, you can push yourself forward with the hands
  • hold the stretching for 15 seconds
