Starting Position
- lay down on the ground, the back is straight, the legs stretched out
- now lift the leg you want to stretch
- the knee is slightly bent
- encompass the calf with both hands
Correct Execution
- pull the leg against your upper body
- lower back and hip do not lift off the ground
- hold the stretching for 15-30 seconds
- afterwards, switch sides and repeat
