Starting Position

  • lay down on the ground, the back is straight, the legs stretched out
  • now lift the leg you want to stretch
  • the knee is slightly bent
  • encompass the calf with both hands

Correct Execution

  • pull the leg against your upper body
  • lower back and hip do not lift off the ground
  • hold the stretching for 15-30 seconds
  • afterwards, switch sides and repeat
