General and Specifics
- here the Rotator cuff is stretched, too
Starting Position
- stand upright, the feet are hip width apart
- lift one arm to shoulder-height and hold it above your chest (parallel to the ground)
- encompass the elbow with the other hand
Correct Execution
- pull the elbow towards the shoulder area
- feel the stretching in the back of the shoulder, hold it for about 15 seconds
- afterwards, switch sides and repeat
