  • stand upright, the feet are hip width apart
  • lift one arm to shoulder-height and hold it above your chest (parallel to the ground)
  • encompass the elbow with the other hand

Correct Execution

  • pull the elbow towards the shoulder area
  • feel the stretching in the back of the shoulder, hold it for about 15 seconds
  • afterwards, switch sides and repeat
