Starting Position

  • place the elbows, forearms and hands at a door frame or in a corner of the room, so that arms and chest build a line
  • the arms are rectangular
  • keep the back straight and push out the chest
  • the feet are placed together, the knees slightly bent

Correct Execution

  • put one foot ahead and lean forward
  • the shoulder blades move towards each other and your chest is stretched well
  • hold the position for 20 seconds
