Starting Position
- place the elbows, forearms and hands at a door frame or in a corner of the room, so that arms and chest build a line
- the arms are rectangular
- keep the back straight and push out the chest
- the feet are placed together, the knees slightly bent
Correct Execution
- put one foot ahead and lean forward
- the shoulder blades move towards each other and your chest is stretched well
- hold the position for 20 seconds
